He's very arrogant and he abuses his authority. Everyone is afraid to confront Fred because he's the director, Fred believes he can't be touched but I know that he can because there's always someone and a higher position than he is. If you have a complaint about the hotel Fred is the wrong person to complain to you need to go to the (MCA)Ministry of Corporate Affairs because that's the only way you can get through to them. He never take responsibility for when the hotel is wrong, he will flip the script and blame you for their shortcomings and he always going to blame the customer when it's their fault.
It's difficult to make a complaint to the hotel manager when a manager is the director of the hotel Fred a*^hole.
