Pros: The rooms are beautiful and clean the bathrooms are beautiful and the views from the rooms are incredible. I do understand that they just opened and so did the Hard Rock but man what a difference between the Ocean Resort Casino and the Hard Rock Casino. It is a really nice place but unfortunately I think it just might fail. We go to Atlantic City to relax and rejuvenate - not get stressed We prebooked a room for September but it’s not worth it. Dolce Mare was very expensive for what we had and we eat out weekly at better restaurants.
Really? For a wasted afternoon? By the time we got settled we just about made our dinner reservation. After a 2hour ride to get to hotelt it was a wasted day. Went back to check in and after another half hour got another room and had to locate luggage again. Luggage comes up at the same time and had to send it back. Finally got to our room - opened the door and a man was in there already checked into the same room! Thank goodness he was dressed! We were mortified.
Got to check in at 3:30 and still waited an hour. They make you wait till 2pm for “early” check in. Just spent a horrible nite at Ocean resort.
